56 days to go till filming is finished on Mortus Illumina !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! doing auditions next week for the final casting, money and crew in place, location to be confirmed.
Only will have taken four years to get to start to finsih which i dont think is too bad all things condsidered.
then its getting ready to do it all again but without the nuns.

What exactly is wrong with the Premiere guide? It seems to be selling well enough. I'm all for constructive criticism, however most of your posts aren't constructive. And before we get into a slanging match, my post about Macs being crap was a joke, I actually quite like them. You really seem to take it very personally when someone knocks Macs. Do you work for them or something?

Well, I think the lighting and camera work could be vastly improved. Stuck on the edge of a desk is uninspiring. Not keen on the strong Yorkshire accent, could you get an Irish or American (North) to do the presenting.
It is very cheesy and wooden, maybe a female presenter would help.
the editing is un inspiring, come on do someting with that 'rolling text'
To sum it up, the best book I bought was 'editing TECHNIQUES with FCP' I caped techniques cause thats what it was about, less technical more techniques.

I'm also reading some pearls of wisdom by Jack Trout.
Working for the man, paying off some debts, wishing I could just bloody become re-inspired by my Chi Xi Stigma story, or even the Arthur Lovecraft thing. It just take so much effort to write!
Currently trying to edit my final University piece (Once a Thief) which was my first dip into working with real actors which has been a great experience.
Also found out my last short has been given the greenlight to be uploaded to Apple iTunes and have been contacted to make a short promotional film for my local council.
Well I just finished shooting yet another Super16 short...
Now, I am going to drop back and get some still images shot and remake myself as both a DP and a photographer.
I pop by here every few days but I usually don't have that much time so it is simply for a Spam check.
